Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities
• Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door and retail.
• Qualify Prospects: Assess potential customers to determine their suitability for our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
• Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.Qualifications
• Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.Compensation

$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
