Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Customer Account Executive role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Customer Account Executive will be responsible for building customer relationship, customer retention, account management, communication, customer service, and sales on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
• Building strong relationship with customer and excel in customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal interfacing teams (design, costing cell, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Closely working with customer to understand requirement and make strategy along with team for customer success.
• Customer Retention, Account Management, and Sales skills.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the industrial packaging or engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in engineering / Business administration / or related field
