About the RoleDirectly reporting to the Head of HSEQ, your role will ensure corporate and legislative OH&S compliance and corporate quality standards are met. The role will be on site, including flexible working arrangements working up to 18 hours a week with a possible extension. Perfect for a WHS advisor/coordinator who is returning to work from maternity leave, new to safety, graduates, or an individual wanting to drop to part time work. Duties Provision of input into lessons learned and continuous improvement. Providing environmental, safety, and occupational health support Monitoring compliance with company procedures and key performance indicators through inspections, audits, and reviews. Supporting the company with monitoring and reporting on adherence to the company and Customer quality requirements for service sites. Management of post-incident and incident investigation in accordance with Site EHS Plans and legislative requirements. Maintenance of EHS and Quality records including risk and aspect registers. To be considered for the position, you MUST hold: A minimum Cert IV in WHS HSE experience Manufacturing OR Food experience Solid knowledge of QHSE processes and relevant Australian safety legislation.
