The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety, with experience working in a datacenter environment. As a Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing EHS programs and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EHS programs for specific datacenters.
• Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments and review safe work practices to ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents and analyze data to identify corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate summaries of standards and regulatory requirements to ensure proactive management of risk.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 2+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 5+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience OR Master's Degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field AND 3+ years Environmental Health and Safety Worldwide Regulations experience OR equivalent experience.
