Job Description
Honda is seeking a Robot Operator for their Lincoln, AL plant. The role involves managing robot cells, troubleshooting alarms, and ensuring production quality. Pay: $33.55
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00
Relocation Assistance Available - Outside of 50 miles.

About this Position:
This job description represents multiple departments within the Alabama Auto Plant
Daily interaction with multiple robot cells that will include but not limited to Spot Robots, Mig Robots, Sealer Robots, and Material Handlers.
This basic job function will focus on Cell recovery from alarms. Welding/Sealing/Handling/Set Jigs, and/or Painting/Sealing comps and sellable automobiles, and confirmation of Types and Lot Accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop proactive management activities to identify root cause(s) to cell/robot performance with countermeasures.
• Understand and reset common robot alarms.
• Ensure that good information is included in reports for follow up
• Able to perform multiple work processes as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Coordinate with Department management to complete all downtime reports to ensure accuracy and countermeasure follow up.
• Conduct regular Welding equipment preventative maintenance activity.
• Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation.
• Understand how robot Welding/Sealer Systems work.
• Understand how to manually operate all processes in area of responsibility.
• Follow up with a Dept quality group whenever changes are made to equipment.

Required Experience:
>1 Year Robot Cell
Required Education:
GED/High School Diploma desired, not required
Other job specific skills:
Ability to technically investigate, derive conclusions from observations/data and analytically approach problem cause phenomena.
