RFT - Development of Indonesian Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance Version III

DT Global is seeking a consulting firm for the development of the Indonesian Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance Version III. The consultancy will provide project management and stakeholder engagement to support Indonesia's low-carbon transition. Candidates must have expertise in sustainable finance, project management, and a good understanding of Indonesia's financial system. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and involves collaboration with government clients.
The Role

Prospera is
seeking the services of a highly qualified consulting firm (hereinafter the
“Consultancy Services”) to support the development of TKBI version 3, to
support Indonesia’s transition to a low-carbon economy and its broader
sustainability goals. The Consultancy Services will act as the Secretariat for
the taxonomy development, provide project management capacity and stakeholders
management. The Consultancy Services will also be also responsible in the
delivery of a credible and scientific technical screening criteria.

About You

This assignment
will be awarded to a reputable consulting firm with an excellent track record
of supporting government clients in conducting multistakeholder engagement and
technical analysis. Experience and expertise in sustainable finance topics are essential.

The Firm’s Project
Team must demonstrate strong project management, including stakeholders’
management capacities and capabilities. The Firm’s Project Team must also show
a general understanding of the operability of the financial system in
Indonesia, and technical knowledge of the industry sectors covered in this TKBI
version 3. The Firm’s Project Team must also be able to clearly demonstrate the
following combined senior and mid-level credentials, harnessing cutting-edge
skills and expertise in the following areas:

a. Project Management – Support to the
Secretariate (with 1-2 main analysts for day-to-day operations):

· Policy analysis (Climate, Energy, Finance)

· Financial sector knowledge

· Communication skills

· Team leadership and delivery

· Project Management

b. Subject Matter Expertise and Management (see table 3 in Annex of TOR for details)

Remuneration

Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT
Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
