Retrofit Installer

Home Energy Rx is hiring a Retrofit Installer in Little Rock, AR. The role involves installing energy-efficient upgrades in homes, following BPI standards. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a high school diploma preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential. As a retrofit installer, you will be implementing all the energy efficient improvements recommended by our energy auditors. As part of the crew, you will be the “backbone” of the company to ensure the improvements are installed properly according to BPI (Building Performance Institute) standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Install energy efficient upgrades in single-family homes and multi-family properties
• Services include but not limited to: attic or wall insulation, air sealing, duct sealing and repair

Must Possess:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to our office
• Minimum of high school diploma

• Construction or HVAC experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Position Details:
• $16-18 hourly depending on experience
