As a Retail Merchandising Associate at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of store shelves by restocking products, checking expiry dates, and ensuring promotional materials are displayed effectively. Your interactions with store personnel will be key to fostering good relations and optimizing product presentation.

Compensation:
• $21.85 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:
• Position and display products on shelves, coolers, and showcases within assigned retail accounts.
• Revise the placement of products in the inventory room and on the sales floor.
• Relocate products from the backroom to their respective positions on the shelves.
• Make use of devices such as submersibles, manual trolleys, and skid handlers to shift goods.
• Present marketing displays such as placards and pennants.
• Maintain a well-groomed and orderly stockroom.
• Share store challenges with management teams at the store and Pepsi for resolution.
• Develop relationships with clients on a personalized basis in the store setting.
• Abide by the operational guidelines, for instance, scanning when entering or leaving and adhering to the designated path.
• Support is accessible at allocated timings.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and work with minimal direction.
• Make use of handheld technology for streamlining the process of order management.
• Regular and dependable attendance is a must.

Basic Qualifications:
• Only individuals who are 18 years old or older are eligible to take part.
• Achieve a passing score on the physical aptitude test, if it is relevant to your application.
• Personal vehicles are a prerequisite for visiting multiple stores scattered across different areas.
• It is necessary to have a valid U.S. driver's license and verifiable insurance documentation.

Helpful Experience:
• Background in working at a retail store or grocery shop.
• Skilled in the handling and showcasing of various goods.
• Skilled in handling and organizing stockroom inventory effectively.
• Customer service experience.

Additional Information:
• Individuals in roles that require the use of personal vehicles are eligible for mileage reimbursement.
