Conduct bike repairs and maintenance for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Assess and diagnose bike issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest bike technology and industry trends.
Educate customers on proper bike maintenance and care.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions regarding bike repairs.
Ensure all repairs and services are completed to company standards and policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Order and maintain inventory of bike parts and tools.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Stay updated on store promotions and sales to provide customers with the best options for their bike needs.
Meet and exceed sales goals by offering additional services or products to customers.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Train and mentor new team members on bike repair techniques and customer service.
Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.
