Servpro of Petaluma/Rohnert Park is seeking a new Restoration technician to join our team of quality individuals who prioritize excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.

The Restoration technician performs production processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and assigned service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform production processes, demolition, and labor-intensive tasks
• Inventory and load work vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
• Communicate with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites clean and orderly
Position Requirements:
• Effective oral communication, basic math skills, and computer proficiency
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally 100 pounds with assistance
• Capacity to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods and repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects
• Ability to work with or around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to pass a background check subject to applicable law
• Pay Rate: Starts at $15/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
