Restoration Technician 1 and 2

The Mold Pros Inc. is hiring Restoration Technicians 1 and 2 in Carrollton, TX. Responsibilities include inspecting for moisture damage, restoring properties affected by disasters, and using hand tools. Candidates should have a good work ethic and be willing to travel. Compensation ranges from $15-22 per hour based on experience. No specific degree is required, and prior restoration experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Our Carrollton Texas office is hiring Restoration Technicians.

Job duties include but not limited to:
• Inspecting building for moisture damage and performing air quality sampling
• Restoring properties that have been damaged by fire, water, mold or natural disaster
• Ensuring projects are performed efficiently and per protocol
• Using hand tools (Company provided)
• Communicating all details of the project to the Project Manager
• Answering client questions when on the job site

Requirements include but not limited to:
• Prior restoration experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to operate hand tools
• Must be able to operate and maintain water mitigation and environmental remediation equipment
• Must be able to remove building materials including but not limited to drywall, cabinets, carpeting, and framing materials
• Must be able and willing to travel overnight when necessary
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must able and willing wear personal protective equipment per OSHA guidelines
• Must be able to work in confined spaces

Compensation range for Technician 1: $15-18 per hour depending on experience

Compensation range for Technician 2: $18-22 per hour depending on experience and certification
