The role involves responding to environmental spills, interacting with emergency services, and requires on-call availability, overnight travel, and physical labor. Description: Professional and quality driven Emergency Response contractor that provides environmental clean up services / HAZ MAT clean up throughout the Mid Atlantic region and beyond is seeking a hard working, ambitious individual to join our team. Primary Duties & Expectations: • Respond in a timely manner to emergency spills and environmental clean up situations. • Interact with emergency services including but not limited to: fire, local and state police, EMS and regulatory agencies including DEP, DOT and EPA. • Work entails on call response, physical labor, heavy equipment operation, working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, cutting tools, etc. • Project assignments include environmental spill response situations and working with chemicals, hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, confined space environments and other environmental remediation construction work. • Possess the ability to solve problems and capable of working in challenging environments. • This position requires overnight travel. • Interested candidates must be available for 24 hr. / 7day timely response to meet business demands.
