Resource Assessment Engineering Manager

The Sustainable Partnership is seeking a Resource Assessment Engineering Manager for their renewable energy projects, focusing on utility-scale solar PV and energy storage. Responsibilities include engineering management, due diligence, energy modeling, design reviews, and team management. Candidates should have an engineering background, 8+ years in solar PV, and leadership experience. This is a full-time remote position.
The Sustainable Partnership is proud to be partnered with a leading renewable energy company, who are seeking a Resource Assessment Engineering Manager to join their growing Development Engineering team. You will be responsible for the design and engineering of Utility scale solar PV and energy storage projects. The main focus will be on projects in early and mid-stage development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engineering Management
• Due diligence on greenfield and M&A project sites
• Energy models
• Design reviews and drafting
• Developing standards and processes
• RFP submittals
• Equipment specification and design calculations to support EPC pricing estimates throughout development process
• Permitting applications
• Manage a team of development engineers

Requirements:
• Undergraduate qualification in engineering and a postgraduate qualification in renewable energy or related field preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in the solar PV industry with good knowledge of PV system design, development, construction, and analysis
• Experience with PV system design, including 1-line and 3-line diagram conventions
• Leadership experience
