As a Solar Site Surveyor, you are the first operational representative a homeowner meets. Your professionalism, preparation, and attention to detail directly impact customer trust, project success, and SpartanX's reputation. This role offers clear expectations, structured training, and the ability to increase earnings through performance.

What You'll Do

Perform residential solar site surveys to SpartanX standardsRepresent SpartanX professionally and communicate clearly with homeownersCollect accurate, thorough, and defensible site data, including roof, structural, electrical, trenching, and existing equipment detailsDocument findings with complete photos and notesManage your schedule and communicate proactively with operationsFollow all safety requirements and use required equipment

What We're Looking For

Construction, solar, roofing, or electrical experience is a plus but not required - training is provided.
