About the position
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to oversee our door-to-door sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of door-to-door sales representatives, as well as developing and implementing effective sales strategies. In this role, you will lead a team focused on maximizing sales and market penetration in residential areas. You will monitor and evaluate the performance of your sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and success. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is crucial, as you will address any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining the integrity of our operations.
