Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and consultative Residential Solar Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of switching to solar power.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowners' energy needs and present customized solar solutions.
• Educate potential customers on the advantages of solar energy, including environmental and financial benefits.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our solar customer base.
• Stay informed about the latest solar technology and industry trends.
• Attend company-provided appointments.
• Positive energy, professional, high enthusiasm and big picture attitude.
• Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest.

Qualifications:
• Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience required.
• Proven success in a lead generating, quota-driven sales position preferred.
• Proficient with complex computer programs.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be flexible based on customer availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 PLUS per year
