Residential Energy Consultant

NEEECO, LLC is seeking a Residential Energy Consultant in Lowell, MA. Requirements
• Willing to work in Neeeco's Community Partnership towns
• Team Player with integrity who is outgoing and personable
• Ability to effectively communicate benefits to homeowners
• Comfortable going into basements, attics, and crawl spaces
• Proficiency with computers and office programs
• Sales Proficiency
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough energy audits in residential properties to assess energy usage and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades and solutions to homeowners.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized energy-saving plans.
• Document audit findings and present detailed reports to clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during site visits and audits.

Compensation
• Target range $80,000 to $130,000+ a year
• Company vehicle and gas card provided
