Residential Agency Professional

Savills Group is seeking a Residential Agency Professional in Dubai. Responsibilities include building client relationships and providing exceptional service in real estate transactions. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. A second language is preferred. The role requires a team player who can work flexibly and uphold the company's values and professionalism.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout the buying or selling process.
Requirements:
• Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the residential real estate industry
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, confident in presentation delivery
• Proven record of achieving sales targets, excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with a second language highly preferred
• Team player, willing to work flexibly to provide best service to clients
