Research Management Specialist - Center for Climate Health

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Research Management Specialist for the Center for Climate Health in Chicago, IL. About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director for the Center for Climate Health Equity. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in advancing climate health equity in Chicago and beyond.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in research management, community-based participatory research, and public health policy. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, supporting community outreach and engagement efforts, and coordinating efforts across the center cores.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and track the center's work.
• Lead the administrative core for the center.
• Support community outreach and engagement efforts.
• Coordinate efforts across the center cores.
• Oversee staff and graduate assistants.

Requirements:
• A Master's Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of research management experience with community-based participatory research programs.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking preferred.
