Job Summary

Reporting to: Senior Leadership

The Research Lead will be responsible for designing and executing impact assessment studies, conducting on-ground surveys, and generating business and policy research insights. This role involves leading a data-driven research team to evaluate the effectiveness of social schemes, policy frameworks, and consumer trends. The position requires expertise in data science, analytics, business research, and policy evaluation, along with experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), survey design, and stakeholder engagement.

The Research Lead will work closely with government agencies, policy makers, Corporates, NGOs, and business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations for policy enhancements, market intelligence, and business strategy development.

Qualifications
