About the position

The Research Associate - Carbon Analyst at EarthOptics plays a crucial role in revolutionizing sustainable agriculture through advanced soil analysis techniques. Responsibilities
• Become an expert carbon analyst using various analytical techniques.

• Coordinate with teams to maintain continuous operation of elemental analyzers.

• Optimize elemental analysis methods to maximize throughput while retaining quality.

• Train and supervise seasonal workforce during peak production periods.
,
• Manage and curate a physical and digital Soil Library, organizing soil-related data and samples.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of soil databases by regularly updating and validating data.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and tracking soil samples.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in physical sciences either completed or in-process.

• 1 year of hands-on experience with elemental analysis.

• Experience in laboratory robotics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid driver's license.
