Mahindra University, notified by the Government of Telangana in May 2020, is a State Private University. With 3000+ students spread across the Schools of Engineering, Management, Law, Education, and Media; the University aspires to grow to 9000+ students by 2030 with the focus being on quality higher education.

The Office of the Head – Centre for Sustainability is tasked with establishing the activities of the Centre by working with the various schools of the University and partnering with established external organizations. The tasks of the Centre include embedding sustainability in existing courses, offering electives, running executive education programs, enabling research, building a climate tech start-up ecosystem, conducting seminars and conferences, publishing cases and outreach through social media.

We need a young dynamic individual (preferably in the age band 30-35) with good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). A person who is vested in enabling the success of colleagues and peers would be valued.

The person must:
• Be able to write articles and chapters on sustainability topics
• Be able to curate teachable courses in sustainability
• Be able to conduct executive education programs in sustainability
• Be able to build a multi-media library of reference materials in sustainability
• Be able to multi-task, work independently and in a team
• Be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Be proficient in searching the internet for information
• Have high attention to detail and be organized
• Work experience in a University will be a plus.
