The Role

Location: Worcester, MD

Site / Office based: Hybrid

The Renewables Right of Way Agent will Assists in meetings with owners, attorneys or representatives to explain impacts to their property and to negotiate to acquire land and interests.

Conducts relocation analysis and coordination, property management, title and closing activities.

• Develops solutions by interpreting and evaluating data and precedents and consulting more experienced professionals
• Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can most often by readily obtained
• Contributions are usually limited to assignment-related activities
• Uses judgement with defined policies, procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
