Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, proven on-site experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal management and client communication.
• Troubleshoot site-level issues and develop timely, effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols across all project sites.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant site experience in solar project execution and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, installation procedures, and maintenance best practices.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is an added advantage.
