Job Purpose

The role of the Renewables Project Coordinator involves ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects through the provision of thorough administrative and clerical support. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication with diverse stakeholders. The position encompasses multiple functional areas, each playing a crucial role in contributing to the successful and timely completion of projects.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate delivery schedules of site services, materials, and equipment.
• Verify that all material and equipment are being ordered and arriving on time.
• Communication with various stakeholders on the status of materials.
• Manage certificates of insurance with subcontractors
• Coordinate reprographics for permit and construction drawings.
• Onboard subcontractors and vendors.
• Administer contracts.
• Issue subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Process contract and purchase order revisions.
• Coordinate and process job closeout procedures.
• Execute job set up.
• Pay invoices.
• Completion of ETP (Employee Training Program) forms.
• Coordinate tasks related to mobilization.
• Coordinate onsite logistics.
• Manage equipment logistics.
• Perform any other job-related duties or function as assigned by management.
• Accountable for leading efforts in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and methodologies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Participate in CECI Continuous Improvement events as needed (ex: JDI, RIE & A3's)
• Maintain SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for compliance practices and other associated functions.
• Demonstrates and represents company core values in daily actions, interactions, and decision-making processes.
• Integrates the company core values into work practices, ensuring that they are reflected in the tasks you undertake, projects you manage, and solutions you provide.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance and strengthen the integration of core values within direct role and the entire enterprise.
• Accountable for leading efforts in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and methodologies to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Maintain SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for compliance practices and other associated functions.

What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction project coordination or administrative support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Proficient in organizing and coordinating various aspects of renewable energy construction projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task delegation, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Skilled in providing comprehensive administrative support, including documentation management, data entry, and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of project activities and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient exchange of information throughout all project phases.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders to address concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project success within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and project reporting to ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of productivity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with project management software, such as Bluebeam Revu, Spectrum, DocuSign, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, fostering a cooperative and inclusive work environment conducive to innovation, knowledge sharing, and collective problem-solving.
