Renewables Contract Management Specialist

VIVIID RENEWABLES PVT LTD is seeking a Renewables Contract Management Specialist in Mumbai. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, monitoring obligations, managing risks, and collaborating with project teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in EPC and contracting, strong communication skills, and knowledge of contract principles. The position requires proactive problem-solving and oversight of commercial frameworks, with official hours from 10 AM to 6 PM and alternate Saturdays off.
1) Read and understand the obligations of the company towards the contract.

2) Review and monitor if the company is likely to default any obligations

3) Timely seeking relief in case of issues such as Force majeures, change in law of the land, local disruptions etc.

4) Take proactive actions in writing with project owners as well as internal execution teams.

5) Create early warning signs and systems to avoid LDs, and if any obligations may get breached.

6) Should be from EPC and contracting companies, good communication and drafting skills are a must.

7) Overseeing commercial structure/framework for the project.

8) Apply contract principles, practices, regulations, applicable laws, legal principles as relevant for Contract Mgmt.

9) Verification and risk analysis of PO/WO from clients

10) Collaboration with other team members and departments to understand scope of work and service level agreements etc.

11) Collaborate with customer and Project Managers for timely resolution of change orders/claims/ contractual communications with respect to time, cost and other commercial issues

12) Looking for a candidate with a good exposure to Extension of time, Liquidity Damages and Contract drafting and review
