About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in solar PV asset management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and analyzing the technical performance of our ground mount PV portfolios, tracking and resolving incidents, and optimizing the portfolio's performance ratio. You will also be expected to manage relationships with operation and maintenance contractors, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, and support the development of a growing and diverse technical team.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and analyze the technical performance of ground mount PV portfolios
• Track plant incidents and resolve them promptly
• Optimize the availability and performance ratio of the portfolio
• Manage relationships with O&M contractors and customer interface teams
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance
• Support the development of a growing and diverse technical team
