Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs, start-up tests, and equipment repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to solar farm equipment and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
• Participate in regular safety audits and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in solar farm maintenance and repair.

Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar farm maintenance and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including inverters, switchgear, and trackers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics) preferred.
