The Role: The Energy Storage Technical Leader will provide expertise on battery energy storage system (BESS) engineering, deploying a deep understanding of energy storage products and system optimization to identify opportunities to create more value for projects. Working together with teams representing a full project lifecycle from development to construction to operations, this role will define the solution sets that enable East Point to execute on our energy storage pipeline effectively.

This position will report directly to the Director of Development Engineering and will fulfill a key subject matter expert role on the East Point team. The Technical Specialist will work closely with members of the development engineering, project development, business development, EPC and asset management teams to support the development and growth of East Point's energy storage portfolios.
