The Opportunity
You'll have the chance to work with a talented team of experts who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, educate them about the benefits of our solutions, and drive sales revenue growth. You'll be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve set sales revenue targets, selling home solar & battery packages to residential customers
• Outbound prospective customers, assessing their needs, and explaining how Amber can benefit them
• Understand customer needs, identify potential new opportunities in our product, and provide feedback to the product and technology teams
• Provide key insights around sign-up conversion, conversation trends, and blockers
• Work with the marketing team to build and target prospective customers
