Join the Clean Energy Movement! We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant who is passionate about renewable energy and committed to helping clients make smarter energy choices. This remote, in-home, and in-business sales role targets residential and commercial clients in the South Louisiana regional market. With earning potential ranging from (100K to )160K annually, this position is ideal for high-performing sales professionals eager to make a meaningful impact while enjoying financial success.

Skills

• Ability to generate leads through marketing efforts and networking
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Willingness to work occasional weekends for marketing events
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home and in-business consultations to sell residential solar, energy savings, and backup power solutions
• Engage with commercial clients for additional sales opportunities
• Generate custom proposals and organize necessary documents for presentation and closing
• Develop new leads through networking, events, referrals, and relationship-building
• Close deals and secure contracts with homeowners and business owners
• Manage and optimize your schedule, set goals, and work independently
• Qualify prospects using company-provided screening procedures
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending meetings, training programs, and marketing events
• Provide market feedback and sales reports to the leadership team
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, auto sales, or in-home sales
• Proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication skills
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
