Real Estate Attorney – Renewable Energy

• **** The Real Estate Attorney will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of properties for renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will lead real estate transactions, provide strategic legal guidance, and partner closely with project development teams from early site selection through construction and operation. • **** Lead due diligence, negotiations, and closing of real estate transactions (land acquisitions, leases, easements, rights-of-way). Manage real estate components of M&A and finance transactions, including title and survey review. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements and related legal documents. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate assets and transactions. Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle of renewable energy projects.

Oversee or manage real estate-related litigation as needed. Key
