Renewable Energy Project Manager

Blueleaf Energy is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager in Bengaluru, India. The role involves overseeing plant performance, managing a Remote Operation Centre, and utilizing asset management software. The ideal candidate should have experience in asset management for large-scale solar and wind projects, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position is full-time and part of a rapidly expanding renewable energy business.
Blueleaf Energy is a leading renewable energy platform that operates on a standalone basis to develop and build onshore Renewable Energy projects in Asia. Our work today includes greenfield development of renewable energy projects and construction of the same with the aim of building high-performance operating assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of plant performance and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
• Setup and management of ROC (Remote Operation Centre)
• Utilization of specialized asset management software to track asset performance and generate reports
• Critical eye for maintaining WHSE standards and ensuring compliance
• Strong analytical skills with advanced expertise in MS Office softwares (Excel, Power Point and Word)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Asset Management of large-scale utility projects in solar and wind (> 100 MW) with a focus on optimizing asset performance and profitability. They will be proficient in software systems such as ERP CMMS Software & Monitoring and Asset Management Softwares. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders, are also essential.
