Job Description

Hays is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager for a Native American Nation in Riverside, CA. The role involves overseeing the delivery of a 5 MW CoGeneration Plant, optimizing energy systems, and aligning energy policies with economic and environmental goals. The position is full-time with a salary range of $150K–$170K per year. No specific degree is required.
I am working with a Native American Nation in Southern California to help them with their search for a Energy Manager.

The tribe provides services like those offered by federal, state and local agencies. They are one of the largest employers in Riverside County and contribute c $3 billion to the local economy annually.

Under the direction of the Construction Services Director, the main purpose of the role is to help the tribe deliver a CoGeneration Plant (5 mega watts) which will act to support energy distruction and generation across its 39,000 acre estate.

The Energy Manager will play a critical role by ensuring that all energy systems are used optimally – this will include formulating strategic energy policies and practices that align with both economic and environmental goals.
