Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Utilities Energy/Renewables Group. As a key member of our team, you will develop project strategy and perform engineering/design quality control reviews for work prepared by multi-discipline professionals and subconsultants. You will also be responsible for managing project financials, including invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement project strategy and technical guidance to staff and subconsultants
• Manage project financials, including invoicing and collections
• Mentor and technically train junior team members
• Collaborate proactively and productively with other groups and company offices

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent required
• Master of Business Administration desired
• 15+ years of experience successfully managing commercial utility, energy, or renewables projects and technical staff
• Relevant licensure in Maryland required or ability to obtain licensure within 18 months
• Prior background in the planning, design, engineering, approval, permitting, and construction administration of commercial utility, energy, or renewables preferred
