The primary objectives of our Project Leads include:
• Meeting or improving project budgets
• Meeting or improving project schedules
• Achieving or exceeding customer satisfaction rates
• Developing and submitting agreed-upon documents and reports within specified timelines
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Exploring opportunities to increase project revenues and Gross Profit (GP)
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure consistent delivery of supplies in compliance with contractual obligations, carefully read and understand contractual terms
• Early identification of project risks and adoption of suitable countermeasures
• Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and purchasing processes
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely and consistent deliveries
• Organize project teams, including leadership, setting priorities, dates, conflict management, team motivation
• Ensure coordination and communication within project teams
• Comply with the reporting plan, sending requested reports on time with reliable data
• Create and update Job Schedules regularly
• Support sales departments with contract negotiation, closure, and scheduling
• Perform special and ancillary tasks related to their field of activity under the instructions of superiors

Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
• Hold a technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Significant experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial Plant sector
Technical/ Specialist Skills:
• Deeply understand and manage contracts for supplying complex plants
• Experienced in managing relationships with customers
• Experienced in leading and coordinating assigned resources
• Acknowledged expertise in project administration
• Skilled in purchasing
• Mother tongue level in local language
• Fluent in English
Cross-Functional Skills:

To perform their job effectively, PMs must comprehend how their activities impact other functions and how other functions influence their goals.
• Familiarity with company management and its impact on overall company management
• Good understanding of selling strategies and their influence on project settings
