About the Role:

The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a seasoned engineering leader to lead our renewable energy program. As a Renewable Energy Engineering Lead / Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical sales processes, mentoring and managing an engineering team, and collaborating with suppliers to improve audit and proposal quality.

This is a hybrid role that combines technical sales leadership with strategic engineering team management. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in technical sales and engineering management, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, civil, or renewable energy engineering. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, as well as proven experience leading customer calls and guiding technical teams.
