We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Additionally, experience with composite materials, wind turbine manufacturing processes and equipment is desired but not required.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve potential manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to identify effective solutions.
• Develop and implement process improvements including design changes, equipment modifications and process control enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports that document process changes and test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
