Location: Seattle, Washington, United States (Remote)

TGRC is searching for a Senior Renewable Energy Permitting Professional focused on growth, to aid in the development of our North American Energy Transition offerings. This role will assist a range of clients, including renewable energy developers, utilities, industrial manufacturers, commercial entities, government agencies, and emerging players in the investment and clean energy sectors, as we expand our services.
Role Would Include:
• Support market growth and lead project delivery for Renewable Energy permitting projects.
• Track market trends and regional landscapes for renewable energy development, including policy, regulatory, and technology aspects.
• Provide updates to internal Arcadis teams and engage in market-facing events to boost Arcadis’ market profile.
• Work directly with clients and account teams to attract and cultivate key and emerging clients.
• Additionally, contribute to the strategy, team development, and financial planning for Energy Transition services.
• Furthermore, act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing teams of engineers, scientists, digital data specialists, and program managers for project permitting.
• In addition, mentor technical staff to enhance both client development and technical skills.
• Lastly, lead and participate in Communities of Practice, team building activities, training sessions, and recruitment efforts to identify and expand delivery resources.
