About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Maintenance Technician to join our team at Recurrent Energy. This role involves working on-site at our solar farm projects, performing maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair various types of electrical machinery and equipment.
• Follow maintenance schedules, perform routine maintenance, and identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to improve system performance and reduce costs.
• Communicate effectively across all departments to resolve plant issues and ensure CMMS work orders are complete.

Requirements:
• A college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy, preferably in solar or wind power.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project locations within Sicily, Italy.
