We are seeking a Renewable Energy Maintenance Expert to join our team at SolarTech Energy. As a skilled PV system technician lead, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance for residential and commercial solar energy systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing solar PV systems, battery storage solutions, and related electrical components. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier service and maintenance for solar energy systems.
• Diagnose and repair solar PV systems, inverters, and related electrical components.
• Conduct routine maintenance on existing solar energy systems.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, ground faults, and electrical malfunctions.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or electrical work.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and system layouts.
• Experience using multimeters, thermal cameras, IV curve tracers, and monitoring platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to service locations.
