The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Renewable Energy Developer. They are currently looking for a Renewable Energy Investment Specialist to join their team on a hybrid working model in London, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiatives
• In addition, employ “Project Finance” grade cash flow modelling techniques
• Furthermore, assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full execution
• Develop and update PowerPoint presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision-making process and/or our communications with external stakeholders
• Moreover, be involved in the due diligence processes
• Additionally, build and maintain a network of contacts in the offshore wind energy space

Experience:
• 3-6 years experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or Utility
• Excellent financial modelling skills within offshore wind (other renewable technologies would be considered)
• Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts
