Job Overview
Berkshire Hathaway Energy seeks a skilled Renewable Energy Finance Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for executing and assisting with the financial analysis activities of managing our tax equity portfolio.

The successful candidate will execute and assist with various structuring, analysis, diligence, and other transaction activities related to our tax equity investments. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and implementing our tax equity financial models that support our planning, reporting, and asset management groups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform extensive financial modeling for tax equity investments, including establishing and maintaining complex tax equity models and coordinating inputs and reviews from various stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze portfolio optimization strategies, including restructures, value of amendments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Assess, assemble, summarize, and present investment performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist with due diligence and technical reviews.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders directly as a company representative regarding financial analysis and recommendations.
• Provide technical financial expertise and recommendations, including reviewing and structuring acquisitions, dispositions, restructures, and consent requests.
