About the Position: We are seeking a talented Renewable Energy Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in field engineering roles within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for construction execution to minimize cost and duration of construction activities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report mechanical performance of assigned construction projects to Solar Operation Manager.
• Communicate effectively with construction teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in field engineering roles within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience in solar construction.
• Minimum software capability requirements: MS Word, MS Excel.
