Renewable Energy Consultant

Nova Renewables is seeking a full-time Renewable Energy Consultant in Arlington, VA. Role Description:

This is a full-time role for in-home presentations as a Renewable Energy Consultant at Nova Renewables. The Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing renewable energy options, specializing in solar energy, and providing expertise in the energy industry. Appointments are preset and confirmed by our call center. The Consultant will be able to deliver tailored solutions for each homeowner, qualify, finalize project paperwork and generate referral business. We offer solar panel and battery installations through our partner Nexus Energy, combined with smart thermostats, LED lighting, insulation, attic fans etc, to help reduce and offset residential energy consumption. This is a commission-only position, with opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications:
• Analytical Skills
• Specialization in Solar Energy and other efficiency items
• Experience in the Renewable Energy and Energy Industry is not required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field is encouraged
• Customer service & sales backgrounds preferred

Schedule:

Working hours are flexible, set your own schedule. Appointments are scheduled M-F 11am-7pm and Saturday 10am-4pm
