Position: Remote Senior Communications Specialist for Climate Policy Content
Drive impactful climate communication as a Senior Communications Specialist. Craft compelling digital content, manage publications, and enhance policy engagement remotely from anywhere in Canada.

In this role, you'll report to the Deputy Director of Communications and play a key part in conveying essential climate research. Your expertise will help develop concise and captivating communications that resonate with various audiences. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit diverse communications materials

• Develop tailored content for target audiences

• Conduct media monitoring and analysis

• Produce newsletters and social media content

• Lead research and production of publications

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in communications or journalism

• Minimum five years of relevant communications experience

• Proficient in editing long-format reports

• Knowledge of Canadian Press Style

• Strong writing skills with data-driven content
