Job Description

The VONG Movement is offering a Remote Project Management Intern position for an NGO focused on sustainability advocacy. Interns will manage processes, resources, and risks while ensuring quality and clarity among team members. The internship lasts 6 months with a stipend that increases based on performance. Flexible work hours and opportunities to interact with NGOs are included, along with a certificate of experience.
Project Management

Selected intern's key result areas include:

Understanding and Mapping the Process to be managed Understanding the people competencies required Equipping the project with resources and people Risk management, resource management and quality assurance Bring role clarity and expectations to the people involved Identify, report, resolve, and escalate the risks in the execution of the processes on time and as per quality.

Duration :6 Months

Stipend:

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment.
