Job Summary

A highly experienced professional with 5+ years of grants writing experience is required to join our team as a Remote Grants Writing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and banking, particularly in foreign currency transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and track email notifications from Finance - Accounts Payable for incoming packets, ensuring timely receipt and resolution of any abnormalities or issues.
• Fulfill Payment Request Templates for Operations and create an Excel file summary of payment requests for the Finance department.
• Reconcile Finance - Accounts Payable payment reports with software tools and in-house tracking files, verifying accurate fulfillment status updates in grant underwriting software.
• Create new organization entries in grants underwriting software and manage event creation based on team requests, including data entry for hours worked when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date reconciliation between grant tracking/monitoring files and Finance - Accounts Payable payment reports, ensuring accuracy in grants underwriting software.

• Strong background in finance and banking, specifically with foreign currency transactions
