Regulatory Documentation Expert - Pharma

Corbion is seeking a Regulatory Documentation Expert - Pharma in India to manage product regulatory data, complete customer questionnaires, and support sales processes. The role involves building a questionnaire database, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to regulatory knowledge. Candidates should have a BSc in relevant fields, at least 3 years of experience, and strong English skills. The position requires proximity to the Navi Mumbai office.

As our Regulatory Questionnaire Expert - Pharmayou will
• Help ensure a smooth sales process by managing product regulatory data, completing incoming customer questionnaires on pharmaceutical products, adding required documents and certificates and providing the full package back to customer care within 48 hours
• Participate in strategy discussions
• Build a customer questionnaire database to enable product info searches by sales support
• Act as the key customer service contact on regulatory subjects related data
• Work closely with the ERP/QA/RA team to ensure proper data flow and integrity
• Contribute to the development of Corbion’s regulatory knowledge center (e.g. by visiting congresses and following news alerts)
• Contribute to fast customer onboarding and assure correctness

Requirements
• Minimum BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacology, Medical sciences
• Knowledge of international drug master files, pharmaceutcial legislation, GMP certification, required data on exipients, API’s, medical equipment.
• Good command of English in speech and writing. An additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese) is considered a serious bonus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• At least 3 years of expert experience in industry/consulting
• You are based within commutable distance of our office in Navi Mumbai
