Flint Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse for their Dialysis Unit in Canada. The role involves providing comprehensive care to dialysis patients, maintaining medical documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Candidates must have a valid RN license in the US or Canada, with preference for those experienced in dialysis. Visa sponsorship is provided, along with relocation assistance. The position is full-time with various shifts available.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical documentation, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Looking for Registered Nurses and candidates with existing Asylum Pending, TPS, or DACA statuses and Canadian Nurses to apply!

Visa / Green Card Visa Sponsorship is included as part of this position. Up to $3,000 relocation bonus.

Only candidates with NCLEX and RN License in the US are eligible.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including monitoring vital signs and evaluating responses to treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while educating patients and their families about the dialysis process and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or concerns promptly.
• Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and best practices in dialysis care.

Experience
• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is US or Canada.
• Previous experience in dialysis nursing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care protocols is essential.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to renal function and dialysis treatment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48.16-$78.54 per hour
